Cookies
MidFirst uses "cookies" to collect information regarding your geographic location in order to provide you a website with products and services tailored to your location. "Cookies" contain information about your Internet usage that are stored directly on your computer. A cookie created by our server can be retrieved only by our server; information in a MidFirst cookie is not available to other sites.  We use "session cookies" in some instances to facilitate your midfirst.com browsing experience by ensuring that you remain on the same server during your browsing session. "Session cookies" don't collect personal information; but regardless, we set them to expire within a day of usage, and no personal data is collected or retained. MidFirst also uses cookies to track information that we use to determine advertising content and to track your activity on our website (for example, what section you last viewed).   MidFirst uses third-party network advertisers, which may use their own cookies to serve ads on other Websites. These cookies capture certain demographic and personal interest data, which may be used to determine the types of advertisements you will see.

Google Analytics
MidFirst uses a tool called Google Analytics to collect statistical and website usage information.  Google Analytics uses cookies to collect this information.  Specifically, MidFirst uses the following Google Analytics features:

  • Remarketing with Google Analytics

Most Internet browsers allow you to block cookies. If you block cookies on our website, your browsing experience may be affected, and you may not be able to use all of the features of our website. You can delete cookies that are already stored on your computer by following the instructions associated with your browser and operating system.

In general, we may share information you enter on our website with third-party service providers with whom we have a business relationship in order to maintain and support the website, to provide services or perform transactions you request, or to otherwise process your request.

If you are a MidFirst customer, you may notify us of changes to your personally identifiable information by contacting us. There is no process whereby non-MidFirst customers using our website may notify us of changes to their personally identifiable information.

MidFirst may offer you the opportunity to link to other websites from the midfirst.com website. For example, there may be links on our website to merchant websites offering special discounts or incentives to MidFirst customers, or to informational websites. Websites that are linked to midfirst.com or websites that offer products and services to MidFirst customers may or may not use "cookies" to collect personal data. Once you leave MidFirst's secure website, the third party's online policy and privacy statement will determine what information is collected or shared. If the web address (URL) does not begin with "www.midfirst.com," or "cibng.ibanking-services.com" (MidFirst Bank's online banking website), then you are on a third party website and you should carefully review the privacy policy or online practices information for that website to learn how cookies are used, and to learn how personal information of visitors is collected, shared and used.
